PANTHERS SCORE COMBINED 26 RUNS IN SAN JAC DOUBLEHEADER

The ladies completed their doubleheader against Mt San Jacinto this afternoon (previously scheduled for last Friday) with 26 combined runs in 10 innings. Precious Moreno pitched the entire first game plus 3:5 of game 2 for back-to-back wins. Brianna Bernal closed out the final two innings, giving up two runs in the final inning of play. Sophomore standout Veronica Macias lead the Panthers with 4 runs and 3 hits including a 3 RBI homerun. The Panthers are now 3-2 and resume conference play Tuesday at LA Harbor.
