The Chaffey College volleyball team delivered a strong performance on the road, defeating Fullerton College 3-0 on Tuesday night. The Panthers controlled key stretches in each set, closing out the match with scores of 25-17, 25-23, and 30-28.
Chaffey's attack was led by Bria Love, who recorded 14 kills, 12 digs, and four service aces, finishing with a team-high 18 points. Emma Rhodes and Lauren Medina added six kills apiece, while Jade Serrano recorded two kills while providing steady play at the net.
From the service line, the Panthers were efficient, finishing with 10 aces as a team. Love paced the effort with four, while Grace Hoang and Madalyn Ayers-Morris tallied two each. Hoang also contributed a team-high 16 digs, and Ayers-Morris distributed 11 assists while adding 12 digs.
The Panthers look to carry this momentum on the road against Rio Hondo College this Friday, September 5, at 6 p.m.
